Unlimitics is specifically designed to advance Executive Functioning Skills of Grade 1 to Grade 8 students, Unimitics generates AI-calibrated scenarios based on real-time input from teachers, clinicians, and guardians. Children can relive a particular moment from their school life for do-overs.

As the First Generative AI powered school simulation game, Unlimitics provides strategies targeting Self-Regulation, Emotional Recognition, Behavioural Concerns, Play Skills, Perspective Taking, Conversation Skills, Situational Awareness, Problem Solving and Self-Esteem.

Unlimitics is available in monthly and yearly subscription.9 It is recommended Unlimitics should be used for approximately 25 minutes per day, 5 days per week, over initially at least 4 consecutive weeks, or as recommended by your child’s healthcare provider.

Unlimitics™ is designed for school-aged children (G1-G8) with self-regulatory, socio-emotional & behavioural concerns to excel at their Executive Functioning skills. Most importantly, to generalise learned skills to real-life situations with the use of Generative AI as a simulation tool.

To experience the look and feel of Unlimitics, simply download the Unlimitics app from the App Store® or Google Play™. Upon opening the app, clicking on "Play Demo" will allow you to explore a brief, playable demo. It's important to note that the demo is solely for experiencing the game's interface and gameplay and does not provide any therapeutic benefit. It should not be used as a substitute for the actual Unlimitics treatment.

The 5 clinical studies in over 600 children with ADHD used to support Unlimitics authorization are:

• A study of 348 children with ADHD (not receiving ADHD medication), where Unlimitics was used for a 4-week treatment period, showed improvements in attention function (as measured by computer-based testing) and attention-related ADHD symptoms and impairments.
• A study of 206 children with ADHD (on stimulant medication or not receiving any ADHD medication), where Unlimitics was used for a 4-week period, followed by a treatment pause of one month and a subsequent second 4-week treatment period. Improvements in attention-related ADHD symptoms and impairments were similar in magnitude to those seen in other studies and further improved with the second treatment period in children on or off ADHD medication.
• Three separate studies of 40, 20 and 19 children with ADHD, where Unlimitics was used for a 4-week treatment period and showed improvements in attention measures and attention-related ADHD symptoms.

As an FDA-authorized medical device, Unlimitics is designed for the treatment of a medical disorder and should be used under the supervision of a medical professional who can manage a broader treatment program and can oversee adherence and compliance with the treatment program.

Once a healthcare provider determines your child’s eligibility for Unlimitics, they can submit a prescription to Unlimitics. Once submitted, you will receive a text message from Unlimitics with a confirmation link to begin treatment. After payment is made, you’ll receive an activation code via text and email to get started.

Subsequent refills can be billed and dispensed by Unlimitics, on schedule and automatically. Unlimitics can provide details regarding how to activate your next cycle or cancel your upcoming refill(s). You can also talk to your doctor to see what the next steps are for your child.

An Unlimitics prescription provides 30 days of treatment once your code is activated.

The cash price for Unlimitics is $99. If insurance covers Unlimitics, the out-of-pocket cost will vary based on insurance plan benefits.

You would need to reach out to your insurance company to inquire about coverage before getting a script. Alternatively, after you obtain a script, you can call Unlimitics at +1 (901) 240 5040 to inquire about coverage.

No, an Unlimitics activation code can only be used by the individual for whom it was prescribed. If multiple children in your household have been prescribed Unlimitics, you’ll receive an individual activation code for each child and individual payment request emails for each activation code.

If you have more than one child prescribed Unlimitics, your children can still use the same device to play Unlimitics. However, they will not be able to play at the same time, and will access their personsalized treatment on their respsective Akili Accounts.

There were no serious adverse events seen in any clinical trials of Unlimitics. Of 538 participants in trials supporting Unlimitics authorization, 50 participants (9.3%) experienced treatment-related adverse events, including frustration (6.1%), headache (1.3%), dizziness (0.6%), emotional reaction (0.4%), nausea (0.4%), and aggression (0.2%).

If your child experiences frustration, emotional reaction, dizziness, nausea, headache, eyestrain, or joint pain while playing Unlimitics, pause the treatment. If the problem persists, contact your child’s healthcare provider. If your child experiences a seizure, stop the treatment and contact your child’s healthcare provider.

A very small percentage of individuals who play video games may experience epileptic seizures or blackouts when exposed to certain light patterns or flashing lights. Playing video games may trigger epileptic seizures or blackouts in these individuals. These conditions may also trigger previously undetected epilepsy or seizures in persons who have no prior history of epilepsy or seizures. If your child, or anyone in your family, has an epileptic condition or has had seizures of any kind, please consult your child’s physician before using Unlimitics.

Unlimitics is different from other action video games that a child might play. While it offers a unique and thought-provoking gaming experience for children, it's important to consider potential concerns that could arise. These concerns may include:

1. Content Sensitivity: Depending on the scenarios depicted in the game, there is a possibility of encountering sensitive or distressing situations. It's crucial to ensure that the content aligns with the values and emotional maturity of the target audience.

2. Emotional Impact: The game's focus on exploring the consequences of decision-making could evoke strong emotions in children. It's important to be mindful of the potential emotional impact and provide appropriate support and guidance to players.

3. Real-Life Context: While the game aims to teach important lessons about decision-making, it's necessary to ensure that players understand the distinction between the game world and real-life situations. Open discussions and guidance can help players apply the game's lessons effectively.

We understand that screen time can be of concern to parents and physicians. We are aligned with the American Academy of Pediatrics in its policy on screen time for children.

Daily Unlimitics treatments last approximately 25 minutes without interruption. Be sure to let your child know that it is okay to occasionally take a break from treatment for a few minutes in order to avoid excess eye strain or fatigue.

That is a decision entirely up to you, but it is not necessary. However, we do recommend that you designate a suitable place free from distractions for your child to play, as well as a time of day. For more advice on making the most of your child’s treatment, you can check out our Treatment Tips.

Internet or network connectivity is not required to use Unlimitics but it is required to download, register, activate, and start the game. Once your child begins the fans, he or she can use the Unlimitics treatment online or offline. In order to download and activate Unlimitics, it must be prescribed by a United States licensed physician, and you must be able to access the United States instance of the App Store® or Google Play^TM.

Yes, each daily treatment can be paused at any time by tapping the upper-left corner of the screen. Note that there are built-in rest periods between sessions (every four or five minutes on average).

Yes. You can schedule a virtual appointment with a doctor from this page for just $35 — and it’s possible that this fee will be covered by your insurance provider. You’ll also have the option to arrange an in-person appointment with your current family doctor.

Currently we can facilitate connecting you to an independent telemedicine provider, DefineTelehealth. The cost of the visit is $35.

The telemedicine provider won’t communicate directly with your family doctor — so, if you get your prescription online, we encourage you to share treatment information about Unlimitics with your child’s doctor. Yes, in order to automatically import your child’s play history on the Unlimitics app, you must be connected to the internet. For more information, visit the instructions for use document here.

You can use the app to see a visual representation of your child’s daily in-game activity, and find out if they’ve completed their required play for the day. It also measures perceived effort levels calculated based on in-game interactions and how well they’re following the rules. For more details, see the Instructions for Use document here.
